Appetizers

Spiced Jalapeño Spinach Dip: Warm pepper jack and cream cheese melted together with vibrant spinach and garlic. Served with grilled flat bread, fresh carrots and celery $8

Sherry Mushroom and Walnut Pâté: A vegetarian take on the classic, with a mix of earthy mushrooms, toasted walnuts and aged Parmesan. Finished with dry sherry and accompanied by local Nita Crisp crackers and sliced baguettes $8

Tomato-Basil Bruschetta: Fresh locally baked foccacia bread topped with ripe tomatoes marinated in garlic, basil, Modena balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and topped with shaved Parmesan $8

Blueberry Baked Brie: Our housemade blueberry-thyme jam layered between two sliced of rich creamy brie and covered in a buttery puff pastry dough $8

Shrimp Cocktail: Six jumbo tiger shrimp tossed in a tangy citrus vinagrette served over a bed of crisp local lettuces. Accompanied by a lemon-caper cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedge $8

Entreés


Braised Pork Shanks: Tender marinated pork slow roasted and finished with a black pepper and thyme cream sauce. Accompanied by house mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Southern Fried Chicken: Seasoned and brined, hand battered chicken quarters fried golden and finished with our rich black pepper and thyme cream sauce.Accompanied by house mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Smoked Bacon Macaroni and Cheese: Cavatappi tossed in a cheddar and fontina cheese sauce that is finished with dry sherry. Topped with Italian bread crumbs and chopped smoked bacon. (Add chicken for $3 or shrimp for $6)

Midtown Salad: Local lettuce medley mixed with chopped green olives, ripe tomatoes, shaved red onions, artichoke hearts and house balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with briny feta cheese and tender grilled chicken.
(Add steak for $5 or shrimp for $6)

And now for something COMPLETELY different...
Add a 4 oz. grilled Spam steak to any entree for only $3

Midtown’s Famous Choice Prime Rib: A 12 oz. cut of aged USDA Choice beef is slow-roasted to perfection. Accompanied by house-made mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. $14

Filet Mignon: A 6 oz. hand-cut filet grilled-to-order, topped with a cranberry
basil butter and accompanied by house-made mashed potatoes and seasonal
vegetables $11

Ribeye: An 8 oz. hand-cut ribeye grilled-to-order, topped with lemon sage
compound butter and accompanied by house-made mashed potatoes and
seasonal vegetables $11

Rainbow Trout: A 6 oz. skin on filet of trout grilled-to-order and topped with a
lemon sage compound butter accompanied by sweet potato hash and seasonal vegetables $9

Desserts


For an additional $8 we are proud to offer our award-winning, made-from-scratch desserts ordered before the show and served at intermission

Triple Chocolate Cake: Dark chocolate fudge cake layered with a rich chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate ganache and finished with our house-made
raspberry coulis.

Toasted Almond Cheesecake: A Midtown specialty! Almond chunks snuggled inside a creamy cheesecake filling with a graham cracker, coconut, and toasted almond crust.

Grand Marnier Creme Brulee: A velvetly vanilla custard spiced with Grand Marnier and finished with caramelized sugar.

Fresh Berries & Cream: Seasonal fresh berries layered with homemade vanilla whipped cream.

Midtown Sundae: Walrus’ vanilla ice creams topped with housemade chocolate ganache, candied walnuts, house cherries, and vanilla whipped cream.

Blackberry Bread Pudding: Locally baked bread marinated in a house-made vanilla custard, fresh blackberries and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Finished in the oven and topped with house salted caramel sauce.

For this show add an ala mode of Walrus’ Medieval Madness ice cream for $1.50
Or substitute this ice cream for the vanilla in the sundae.
(This limited edition ice cream is swiss chocolate with 3 Musketeers folded in.)
